  • Register only with one adoption agency perfearbly nearest to your place of residence
  • Give accurate details of residential address and  telephone no. with area code
  • No addition / alteration shall be allowed after the Application Form is submitted
  • After successful registration, please note down your registration no. and password carefully
  • In case of incomplete/wrong information, your application is liable to be treated as invalid
  • After provisional registration, you should contact the agency with requisite documents
  • All original documents will have to be produced for verification
  • Your eligiblity for adoption will be decided by the adoption agency
If agency takes no action on your application within 3 months
